Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ¾ c. flour
  • ½ c. melted butter
  • ½ c. lemon juice
  • ¼ c. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cut and pound chicken breasts between pieces of wax paper.
  2. In a bowl, dredge chicken breasts in flour.
  3. Coat both sides of the chicken with the flour. Set aside.
  4. In a skillet on the stovetop over medium heat, put in olive oil.
  5. Add in butter. When butter is melted, add in lemon juice and chicken.
  6. Add in fresh basil leaves.
  7. Cook chicken until done (lightly brown on both sides).
  8. Serve hot!
Notes
Side dish suggestions: Pasta with Roma Tomatoes, Goat Cheese & Basil or Green Bean BFFs.
