Ravioli, Fresh Tarragon & Cream

Ingredients
  • package of Trader Giotto’s Spinach Ricotta Ravioli or another Ravioli of your choice (to serve 4)
  • 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • fresh Tarragon, chopped into inch long slices
  • ¼ c. Amaretto (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Boil Ravioli in a pan following the package instructions.
  2. When Ravioli is done, drain and then place back in boiling pan on stove top.
  3. Pour in pint of Heavy Whipping cream.
  4. Add in fresh Tarragon.
  5. Add in Amaretto (Optional)
  6. Cook until warm, serve immediately!
  7. This dish goes great with my Sunny Baked Salmon and Salmon Pepper Dijon!
