Ravioli, Fresh Tarragon & Cream

Serves: 4
- package of Trader Giotto’s Spinach Ricotta Ravioli or another Ravioli of your choice (to serve 4)
- 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
- fresh Tarragon, chopped into inch long slices
- ¼ c. Amaretto (Optional)
- Boil Ravioli in a pan following the package instructions.
- When Ravioli is done, drain and then place back in boiling pan on stove top.
- Pour in pint of Heavy Whipping cream.
- Add in fresh Tarragon.
- Add in Amaretto (Optional)
- Cook until warm, serve immediately!
- This dish goes great with my Sunny Baked Salmon and Salmon Pepper Dijon!
