Heat panini grill (on stovetop or plug in)
Spray sourdough bread on both sides and place on grill for several minutes until either side is done
Remove bread from grill and plate
Spread a layer of avocado over bread
Sprinkle pistachio meat over bread followed by olives and tomatoes
Add mixed greens, arugula and fresh basil over toast
Sprinkle Za'atar seasoning over bread
Drizzle balsamic over bread
