Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 c. frozen mango chunks
  • 1 c. frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. coconut or almond milk
  • 3 T. shredded coconut
  • 3 T. macadamia nut pieces

Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor

Method
 

  1. Place all fruit and milk into a blender and blend. Consistency should be thick and creamy. Add in more milk if too thick.
  2. Put blended fruit in a cup or dish and top with shredded coconut.
  3. If desired, top with macadamia nut (or other nut) pieces.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

NOTE: Serve this dish immediately. You can also freeze and serve at a later time.
