Curried Lentils with Peppers & Onions

Ingredients

ounces
lentils cooked to package instructions
2
c.
fire roasted red pepper & onion blend (frozen or fresh)
2
T.
red curry powder
1/2
tsp.
garam masala
1/4
tsp.
chipotle powder
1/2
tsp.
red chili pepper flakes
1
tsp.
garlic powder
1
T.
Italian seasoning blend
1
T.
Worcestershire sauce
smoked paprika (garnish for top)
extra virgin olive oil or water
Instructions
Cook package of lentils to package instructions.
While lentils are cooking, in a skillet on the stove top saute pepper and onion mix (with a bit of olive oil or water in the pan)
When lentils are cooked, put in a large bowl.
Add in cooked pepper and onion mixture.
Add in spices. Mix.
Add in Worcestershire. Mix.
Taste test and add in more spice (or not) to your liking.
Garnish dish with smoked paprika. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
