There’s nothing quite as enjoyable as sinking your teeth into a dreamy, moist confection. In the last few years, as I’ve gotten more attuned to sustainable health, I now avoid granulated and processed sugars in my recipe and prefer incorporating fresh fruits (diced or puréed) and organic honey into my cakes, muffins, and bread. The result is simply delicious and much healthier on the mind, body/waistline and soul!
