This is the most SIMPLE and AMAZING dessert idea. Freeze a Hitachi Persimmon and then, when you’re ready for a yummy dessert or healthy snack, remove from the freezer. When the persimmon is partially thawed, you can eat it just like a sorbet. Freezing actually adds to their natural sweetness. YUM!
