Applesauce Bread
I’m not a big cake or sweet-eater, but two of my favorite things are muffins and breads made without refined sugar using pureed fruits, spices, and other healthy ingredients. My recipe for APPLESAUCE BREAD is fantastic for breakfast or a late-afternoon snack, served with coffee or tea. Serve it by itself or with a bit of honey, peanut butter, or butter.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a bread baking tin.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix.
- Pour mixture into the greased baking tin.
- Bake bread at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes. Insert a knife; if it comes out clean, remove bread from oven.
- Let the bread cool in the pan.
- Remove bread from the pan and serve.
- Bread keeps well in the fridge for several days. You can also freeze the bread for later.
