This light, sweet and crunchy salad works fantastic as an appetizer, side salad, or as a main course (served with a protein of your choice). The salad dressing, made with fresh lemon and lime juice, a dash of garlic salt, honey, and a tad of extra virgin olive oil, provides a slight tang when mixed with the sweet fruit. Flavors from the fresh dill sprigs and red onion also blend harmoniously with the fresh strawberries and Mandarin oranges.
